Orizzonti Verticali

Orizzonti Verticali – sulle tracce di memorie esuli is an exhibition conceived as an immersive installation, the result of the synergy of a local community in dialogue with the territory. The common vision aims to catch what often remains invisible, giving voice to the exiles of the past and present, men and women determined to project their stories – and desires – forward.

The idea is to shift the perspective on the world we know and rethink the journey: the one taken by thousands of people driven to escape a ruined world in an attempt to create other possible futures. The exhibition is evoked in a liminal place, setting our gaze on interstitial spaces as spaces that are, also, generative — to pierce our own horizons and take flight into new perspectives.
